Winter Engagement Session at Great Bear

Winter is starting to wind down in Central New York. I love winter pictures, so I was excited when Zoe and Brandon contacted me to capture their engagement photo images this past weekend.

I met Zoe and Brandon at Great Bear Recreational Area in Fulton. A favorite hiking, walking, and sport spot with locals, it was like it was just waiting there for us to make magic.

Meeting up with Zoe and Brandon was like spending the morning with old friends. We had a fantastic time exploring the trails, braving the suddenly rainy weather, and enjoying a morning out in the beautiful woods.

We weren’t even planning on making it all the way down to the water for pictures, but we got talking and walking, and we wound up there after all! A few mini “icebergs” went floating by, and they seemed a fun and filling setting.

Zoe and Brandon are planning and intimate wedding this summer in Lake Placid. I wish them all the joy and happiness imaginable!
