Elizabeth + Cody
Every journey starts with a single step. For Elizabeth and Cody’s Delphi Falls engagement session, those steps started STRAIGHT down a small (and thankfully short) cliff side. At the bottom of the cliff: Sheer Magic! Sparking water, beautiful dappled sunlight, glowing foliage. It was like we were in a fantasy movie set.
When I initially met Elizabeth and Cody for their consultation, she asked me if I was up to a little adventure for their engagement session. Heck , yeah! I love adventures. Delphi Falls was a place I had never been to, so I was excited to see more local falls. Now that I’ve been there, I can’t wait for the chance to have another Delphi Falls engagement session!
They mentioned that I would need to bring shoes to wade through the water. I had envisioned a short little jaunt through a bit of water, but our entire trail was basically a walk through the water. But it was glorious. It was a hot day, but in that gully, it felt so cool and refreshing.
Elizabeth and Cody met through Elizabeth’s best friend. They clicked right away since the day they met, and they have never been apart!
Given their awesome choice of location for their engagement shoot, I was not surprised to learn that they love their outdoor activities: Skiing, riding dirtbijes and hiking.
When I asked them what one phrase was that they would describe themselves, they said “Hot Mess”, lol.
