Beautiful weather has arrived (at least it did for Tracy and Travis’ golden hour engagement session at the Bluffs in Sterling.) When Saturday’s weather thwarted our original plans for a session at Tracy’s parent’s house, Tracy reached out and we reschedule their session for the following day at the Bluffs. Cue the nearly eighty degree weather and clear skies. There are two fantastic locations to shoot: The beach and atop the bluffs. We started the session at the foot of the bluffs by the water.

I was in awe at how natural Tracy and Travis where in front of the camera. Their playful personalities and love for each other was so easy to capture. These two met in veterinary school at Cornell University. Their friends friends group merged in their second year. After a few months of being friends, Travis asked tracy on their first date!

One word that Tracy and Travis feel sum up their relationship is “Silly.” I think it made for perfect pictures.













Along the beach was so really cool drift wood. We managed to work it into some pictures.




Tracy and Travis enjoy outdoor adventures like camping, road trips, and skiing. (They can now also add hiking up steep inclines for pictures.) Tracy says that Travis is a fabulous cook and that she really, really, enjoys eating, so it’s a perfect match!












This September, Tracy and Travis will be celebrating their wedding day at Owera Vineyard.
