On Saturday, Emily and Cody tied the knot (both literally and figuratively) during their wedding day at the Emerson Park Pavillion in Auburn. Being at Emerson Park to celebrate weddings is always a joy for me, as Rob and I said our own vows at this very location.
Rob and I arrived first at the Hilton Garden Inn for Emily and Cody’s pre-wedding preparations.
The girls had were in great hands for hair and make-up provided by Hair elegance and Glam Vanity.
Emily found her gorgeous see dress at Two Hearts Bridal.
Before heading off to the ceremony, Emily shared a first look with her dad at the hotel.
Cody and his guys enjoyed some pre-celebratory beverages and a quick change before heading to the pavilion.
After the ceremony, we were able to pull of a miracle, getting all of the portraits completed in an hour AND the rain stayed away! Emily and Cody’s friends and family were a dream to work with, making our jobs such a breeze!
The gentleman’s grey suits are part of Men’s Warehouse’s collection.
If you are adoring these bridesmaid’s dresses as much as I am, you can find them at Azazie.
Emily and Cody did a stunning job of decorating the pavilion. The lavender hues in the centerpieces, cake and up-lighting were a beautiful compliment to the spring greens that we were enjoying through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The cake and cupcakes (which were delicious, btw) were made by the Cupcakers.
